According to an article on 19 march 2007 in haveeru news, Describe the latest statistic of foreign employees ratio in Maldives. The article says in Maldives 54899 foreign employees are working for Maldives in different employment sectors.

Each and every country, one of the main economic concerns is to keep the foreign currencies in trade cycle of any economy. A small country like midlives, if a huge amount of foreign currencies vanishes out to any counties economy, defiantly which will be a course on defect for Maldivian economic development. 

Right now we have a huge deficit budget that had been passed by our citizen majilis. It is true any government deficit budget has to recover only not from our own currency also it’s believe that huge amount of foreign currencies will need for recovering that extraordinary billon rufiyaa deficit budget.

We could assume 100us dollars per foreign head on their salaries, with Macro calculation  could be that 5489900us dollars per month, would move  from our economy to another country  thus this is  one of the situation that government has to think and put a positives action to solve this Maldivian economic situation.

In any democratic country there will be many pressure groups for pressuring the ruling party or government to fulfill the society need and wants in macro level. Peruse groups are not only formed by national level its is also formed by international level too.

When we analyze the work of international pressure groups they give grate benefited to whole society around the world. In international level we have political, social, economical, environmental, humanitarian etc groups that work and give pressure to full fill their demand for the benefited of their society.

Group like blue peace give attention for protecting the environment, organization like amnesty international helps to get the humanitarian pressure for the benefited of the society.

Now we the Maldivian need to increase pressure groups in our country. We should have pressure groups for not only campaigning the political party but for the benefit of our society. It’s very important to have educational pressure groups, social pressure groups, Islamic pressure groups, trade and commerce pressure groups ….etc. in Maldives.

Each and every pressure group should struggle for only the demand of the society and keeps the society aware of the ever changing time. They should organize awareness programs not only for birth control or theliceamia. But they should also keep a wearing the society for political, social, economical, environmental, and humanitarian, etc for up to date modern environment.

The important of pressure groups are to improve the neediness of the society and to pressure the authority to fill up their rights and demand for the benefit of every then other member in our society.

Strike is being a common activity that most of our society member uses for demanding their wills and expressing their thoughts.

Most and many countries in the globe strikes are demanding by force of their needs

It believes each and every will and thoughts should full fill by demanding. Some of the demand interrupts by laws, rules and the authority in governance.

Strike is being used as a weapon for tackling those demands and expressing their thoughts. Logically weapons also dived into categories which harm less and destructive. Even in strike too they divided in to two categories which are violence and nonviolence.

According to international convention destructive weapons are not allowed to use and produce. Thus it will destroy whole society. But yet they aren’t any convention for strike in internationally.

We see every day some or most in globe their will be a strike which harms the public properties and resulted few casualties. Peoples enjoy fighting, raising their voice and destroying the properties for demanding the wills and expressing the thoughts. That we can call demanding the profit through force. Strikers violate the whole area with sources and tactics and barriers use their means to stop them .perhaps   end of a strike their will be huge damage for both. Demanders will blame for damages and that will be put on to the authorities who give orders to control them, and authorities will blame the strike.

Medias will highlight it as top stories some of the listeners will laugh, some will get angry, some will get sad, and some will get afraid which means most of the human sense will get to see after the top headlines from media.

Due to this pressuring stile of demanding the thoughts and needs affects the society by tangibly and intangibly. Now the question arise how we can demonstrate the strike which will not harm any society members either it would be a violence or nonviolence strike and authority that controls them.

It’s been long time Maldivian all party wants to hold talks.

That day hasn’t come yet. But Maldivian source of news reports that both and all the wings are interested to come to a table for discussion

It’s good to hear that they are interested but yet we don’t know who are interested in all party talks. When it comes to a table other will say left wing is demanding this or that. On other hand right wing will demand the same. Now we the citizens are waiting for right and left wings demand to solve.

A small society like ours surly will have few numbers of political wings. According to nature of humans all the political wings of ours, we have to face different political ideology. And we are just an infant to this newly developed system.

Any way one or other day all wings have to come to a table for solving our political disputes. And it will take long time to come to a conclusion with this kind of political system. We can see the example by delaying to get into force a new constitution.

Citizens are dreaming when they will see the political change in Maldives.

In macro and micro level political disputes are increasing day by day in both the wings.

Perhaps this is because of our gregarious nature. At this point of our political level we all have to give loaf to each other. Then only the solution to this problem will come soon.

It will be hard to think in the same manner because different people have different like and dislike

Our land is now in need of solution for this political dispute as soon as possible. Then only we the people can sleep peacefully every day. Now we doubts that what will happen to us tomorrow.

It seems when I get up tomorrow I may lose my job or income. Because one will speak we the alliance in jobs are not professional people. Other will speak we the business mans are capitalizing the country. Now every one is afraid of what tomorrow will give us and bring us. Some are thinking that capitalist ideas will dominate the country others will tell

Socialist ideas will dominate the country. At the same time others too think dictatorial ideas will dominate the country.

All these are some political ideas ruling presently in our nation.

Each one believes they will support and speak to the people who believe in their ideology.

Democratic way of thinking is to listen and respect all the thoughts. That means it does not have adopted and take into force. We are not the only countries that are having all these ideologies. Larger population and bigger countries moves all these and more ideas in their political system. Also we are not the only country that is having political disputes there are much bigger disputes than we are facing now in many other counties .but they got some solution to it.

If we think internationally we can take Middle East as an example.

They are always in political disputes but they come to a table and try to solve those problems mostly in middles east. There may be religious problems influenced by supper power.

But compare to those we are in a single unit that follows one custom, one race, one cast and all look forward to only one history and there is no influence from any other nation

It will be easy to solve our disputes if we believe in unity but not in league wise.

Than only all party talks will be possible which indent to give solution to the problem we are facing and bring about unity and move ahead towards the accomplishment of our nations mission and prosperity which is what everyone desire as a citizen

Maldives is a small country which is having more than three hundred thousands in population and more than two thousand small islands. There are not many industries yet in Maldives which dominated only fishing and tourism industry only. Maldives is located in Indian Ocean and is one of the SARRC member’s, the smallest country in sarrc .

India is also one of the SAARC members which are also one of the biggest and most populated among   SAARC countries and the world at large. The Indian constitution is one of the lengthiest written constitution in the world was adopted on 26 November 1949 and came into force on 26 January 1950. The Indian constitution was made partly rigid and partly flexible in order to make a change with the changing needs of time.

Maldives being a small country, yet our constitution is not finished. During the time of president mauoon this is the second time that Maldives constitution is going to be drafted. In the first attempt in his regime it took 17 years to draft. Now they have started their second attempt years a go to draft the constitution of Maldives Each and every citizen of Maldives is thinking about when the constitution is to be drafted and put into force.

We say we are an independent country, thus we have internal sovereignty and we are independent country. But as far as I believe without a good constitution citizens of Maldives are crippled. This also implies that there is no authority to enforce law and order too. We can say that we are not independent though perhaps we’re recognized internationally as independent country.

Every year we the citizens   are spending huge amount of money for the members of constitution drafting committee. They were elected by citizens of Maldives

Due to delay in drafting and therein emending the constitution with the changing need of time a big problem has arisen because without a good constitution we the citizens won’t get the fundamental rights which are of very essential for everyone and for any society to exist.

It’s interesting to have a godfather in Maldives as a president. He is ruling the country for more than 25yrs.

According to me I am glade that I born in such a country that a leader of Maldives will be in world genius history book for the most years being ruling a country as a president.  According to SARRC history Mr. Maumoon Abdul gayoom president in Maldives is the only person who attended most number of SARRC meetings since the organization formed.

President Maumoon Abdul agayoom studied in abroad for his higher education.

After finishing his education with his friend he came to Maldives by will to help the maldiavn society and the country. Then he was elected as a president of Maldives in 1970s. Mr. Gayoom is ruling the country in a dictatorial manner for more than two and half decades. He appointed all his trusted friends for executive and top post in governance. He adopted education for the society according to his ideology that the society should do something and should do nothing. His ideas for ruling the country was great that each and every political doctoring in globe has to take some theories from it. He rules the country by using Devin rights ism, but not as the name of a king but in the name of a president. International views on our political systems believe we are running in proper democratic thoughts.  Days pass and months in front with him  .some peoples who want to change this system for a true democratic ideology  raise their voice and took their pens to express their thoughts , resulted to those people to spend their life in Maldivives detainee center... Organizations like amnesty helps the detainees by talking to the authorities who put them in to that situation.

Citizens who have financial stabilities went abroad to gain the higher education that the Maldivian government is not able to impart for our citizens. Majority of us want to change the Moldavian political system that does not gives right, freedom and equality for a better way of life .it will happen only if the citizens who believe in democratic ideology and all should raise the voice for freedom, equality. Etc.  

Since the introduction to political multiparty system majority of citizens are expressing their democratic thoughts and asking the ruling government to change the system according to their will. They don’t want only one persons will in government ruling system.

This is the beginning steps for ending the dictatorial philosophy to modern democratic system.

We believe that the present leader who rules the country definitely are experience and have knowledge that, his ideas will affect the majority of us and will help the minority of us. Thus they believe there is no change and improvement in our politics and economy as well during his long period of holding the responsibilities of us. And they believe only few got the benefited by keeping him in that post and those who got the benefit are the people who supports to keep him in that chair.

His ism is a new form of   political ideology for this world like ghandi way of thoughts, Nazism, etc to our political era.

 I believe his ism is mostly based on godfather ideology that many have to leaders will learn from him.

And I feel in near future a book might come in his ism regarding the theories of ruling a country.

But my advice is to take benefited from only the good ideas of him that will help the society

President Gayoom went to addu atoll (Maldives) to meet the people for promoting him and his party in advance to the campaign of 2008 election... During the time of his trip his million dollars fancy yacht spends lacks for daily expenses. A source in Maldives says that all the investment for his campaign takes from public revenue of the new deficit budget in Maldives.

We the Maldivian are suffering to get batter education and good living standard. Still tsunami victims in Maldives are living in roof less condition, begging to ruling government to provide their aid given by international organizations.

On other side the chief executive, executives, their relatives, their supporters and friends enjoys their air-condition night bed in their million dollar apartments. He went his trip in the name of his party as a president. (“DRP”, Divehi Raith Yaiyethun Ge Party, which means “citizens party”, in Maldivian language).

School children and government office staffs with their families were asked to stop their duty, and forced them to be in roads to welcome him.

During the president visit to addu, reformist where also in road for welcome him, but they are with their banners of their own thoughts like (asking president to resign, telling president he is too old and unhealthy for the job)

Due to this reason Maldivian police were ask by their authority to attack the reformist by using any means where godfather motorcades goes. The reformists were brutalized by the Maldivian police, Small children in addu were injured and old women’s and youngster were hurt and admitted in hospital

After the trip from aduu atoll he came to capital and had to face an angry crowd of  reformist, which were against  the brutal attack did by  police to reformist and small children’s in addu. They ran after the motorcade shouting to godfather for his resignation from the president chair, some threw stones on to his motorcade. To avoid from the crowd they drive in to opposite direction of a one-way road to his house. When he is in addu he told to the citizen for not to violate the traffic rules, but    it’s seems in 48hrs of his request, he is the first person who violate the traffic rules on the way to his resting place.
